M&P Rider Pickup Timings, Cutoff Hours & Booking Guide
How to book an M&P pickup before the cut-off of around 5:00 PM, how to get parcels ready and when to hand them in at a courier centre instead.
Direct Answer
M&P offers pickups for registered business and retail accounts, Monday to Saturday, with a daily booking cut-off around 5:00 PM. Book online at mulphilog.com or call (021) 111-202-202. Have your parcels packed and labelled before the rider arrives.
1. Daily Pickup Cut-Off and Booking
If you sell online or send parcels for a business, you need to know the M&P pickup cut-off time so your parcels leave on time. M&P collects parcels Monday to Saturday.
M&P says the daily cut-off for booking a pickup is around 5:00 PM. In practice, it helps to book early:
Book as early in the day as you can, especially in busy city areas. We could not confirm earlier cut-offs for particular areas.
Book before the cut-off of around 5:00 PM for a pickup that day.
If you book after the cut-off, expect the pickup on the next working day. Ask M&P when the rider will come.
2. How to Book an M&P Pickup, Step by Step
M&P says you can ask for a pickup online or by phone. These steps help avoid missed pickups:
Book through the pickup request page on mulphilog.com, or call the M&P helpline on (021) 111-202-202.
Give the pickup address, a contact name, a mobile number, how many parcels there are and roughly how much they weigh.
Write down any booking reference you are given. It helps customer service find your pickup if the rider is late.
Hand the parcels to the rider with your list of parcels. Ask the rider to sign or stamp your copy.
3. Getting Parcels Ready: Labels and Lists
Riders have many stops. Make sure every parcel is ready before they arrive:
Stick the label flat on the largest side of the My Flyer bag or My Box carton. Keep barcodes away from seams, tape and curved edges.
Print two copies of a list with each tracking number, the receiver’s name, the city and any COD amount. Keep the copy the rider signs.
4. Booking Before or After the Cut-Off
When you book decides when the rider is likely to come:
Book before the cut-off to ask for a pickup that day. We could not confirm the exact times riders come.
Bookings after the cut-off are usually collected on the next working day. This can suit businesses that pack orders in the evening.
5. Handing Parcels In at a Courier Centre
If you miss the pickup cut-off, or a parcel is urgent, you can take it to an M&P courier centre yourself.
M&P has more than 750 courier centres. They open Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM. Ask your local centre about its own cut-off:
- Opening hours: We could not confirm whether any centre stays open later. Check with your local branch.
- Receipt: Staff book your parcel at the counter and give you a receipt with the tracking number.
- On to the hub: Parcels booked at a centre go to the hub for sorting and onward travel.
