M&P Overnight Delivery: What to Expect

1. What Is M&P Overnight Express?

M&P Overnight Delivery is M&P’s fast service between cities. It suits urgent business papers, bank documents, shop orders and personal parcels. It aims to deliver on the next business day following counter booking.

M&P has more than 750 courier centres and handles more than 2 million shipments a year. We could not confirm whether Overnight parcels travel by road, by air or both.

2. How an Overnight Parcel Moves

To reach another city by the next working day, a parcel usually goes through these steps:

1. Booking: You hand in the parcel at a courier centre before its cut-off time.
2. Evening collection: Parcels from local centres are taken to the city hub in the evening.
3. Overnight Travel: The parcel travels overnight towards the delivery city. We could not confirm the exact transport M&P uses.
4. Sorting: The parcel is sorted at the delivery city for local riders. We could not confirm the exact times.
5. Delivery: A local rider delivers the parcel during working hours (09:00 AM to 05:30 PM).

5. What to Check Before Booking

To give your parcel the best chance of arriving the next working day:

• Cut-off time: Each courier centre sets its own cut-off time. If you hand in a parcel after the cut-off, it leaves the next day.
• Receiver details: Write the receiver’s name, full address, a nearby landmark and a mobile number clearly.
• Winter fog: In winter, fog can slow flights and roads. Ask at the counter whether your route is affected.

6. Tracking Your Overnight Parcel

Your booking receipt has a tracking number with at least 7 digits. Track your parcel on the official M&P website at mulphilog.com.
