How to Use This Table
Tracking updates are scans recorded when a parcel moves from one place to another, for example when it arrives at a courier centre, leaves for another city or is given to a rider. This table explains the common ones. For a fuller guide to how parcels move, read our detailed shipment lifecycle guide.

9 Common Tracking StatusesBooked / Consignment Registered
M&P has accepted the parcel at a courier centre, or a business has booked it. It is waiting to go to the city hub.
Nothing to do yet. The next scan usually appears once the parcel reaches the hub.
Arrived at Origin Sorting Hub
The parcel has reached the M&P hub in the sending city. It is scanned and sorted for its trip to the delivery city.
This is normal. The parcel will leave for the delivery city soon.
In Transit / Linehaul Movement
The parcel is on its way between cities. There are no scans while it is moving.
Check again later. A new scan appears when it reaches the hub in the delivery city.
Arrived at Destination Facility
The parcel has reached your city. It is being unloaded, checked and sent to your local delivery centre.
Delivery is usually arranged for the next delivery round.
Out for Delivery
Your parcel is with a rider, who will try to deliver it during working hours (09:00 AM to 05:30 PM, Monday to Saturday).
Make sure someone is at the address. Have the right cash ready for COD orders.
Delivered / Handed Over
The parcel has been delivered and signed for by the receiver or someone at the address.
If you did not get it, first ask family members or reception, then contact support.
Consignee Not Available / Delivery Attempted
The rider came, but nobody was available, the phone could not be reached or the rider could not get in.
Call M&P customer care on (021) 111-202-202 with your tracking number to arrange another delivery.
Incomplete Address / Clarification Needed
The rider could not find the building, street or house number from the label.
Call M&P support straight away with clear landmarks and a phone number that is switched on.
Returned to Shipper (RTO)
After failed delivery tries, a refusal or a request from the sender, the parcel is going back to the seller.
Contact the seller to arrange sending it again or a refund.
Problem Statuses and Missed Deliveries
If your status shows a problem such as “Consignee Not Available” or “Incomplete Address”, do not worry. The parcel usually goes back to the local centre. We could not confirm how and when M&P tries again, so contact customer care quickly.
Call Customer Care Early
Call M&P customer care on (021) 111-202-202 as early as you can, and give clear landmarks for the next delivery try.
Collecting It Yourself
If nobody can be at the address during working hours, ask customer care whether you can collect the parcel from your local M&P courier centre.
