M&P Express Tracking FAQ

Look for your CN number on the M&P receipt, or in the SMS or email the seller sent. It is at least 7 digits long. Enter it in the search box on mandptracking.pk and press "Track Consignment". The result lists every scan and the latest stop.

The CN (consignment number) is the number Muller & Phipps Express Logistics puts on your parcel at booking. It sits under the barcode on the paper receipt. The booking SMS and the seller’s order tracking page show it too.

The parcel was most likely booked a short time ago and M&P has not scanned it yet. Wait a few hours, then try again. Also check that each digit matches your receipt.

No. Tracking needs the CN number. To protect people’s privacy, courier tracking cannot be searched by CNIC or by name.

No. Tracking here is free. There is no login, password or sign-up. M&P’s own booking portals are only for business accounts.

The parcel is at the M&P delivery station in your area and a rider is carrying it today. M&P delivers between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.

The parcel has reached an M&P sorting centre or hub, perhaps in Karachi or Lahore, or in your own city. It gets sorted there before it moves on.

M&P could not deliver it. Common reasons are an unclear address, a phone nobody answered, a refused parcel or unpaid COD. The parcel is heading back to the sender. Speak to the seller quickly, or ring M&P on (021) 111-202-202 to ask about a branch hold or a new try.

The rider came to your address but could not hand over the parcel, perhaps because nobody was in, the phone was not answered or the office was shut. M&P usually tries again before sending it back.

M&P has not published delivery times for Overnight Express that we could check, so we do not give a figure. Ask at the counter when you book. For slower, cheaper parcels, M&P Second Day Delivery takes 48 to 72 hours.

No. M&P delivers Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. There are no doorstep deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. Sorting hubs keep working over the weekend so parcels are ready to go out on Monday morning.

While a parcel is on the road between cities, nobody scans it. The tracking will change once it reaches the next sorting centre. If there is still no change after a few working days, call M&P.

In most cases, no. The rider collects the cash and a signature, then hands over the sealed parcel. Whether you can look inside first is agreed between the seller and M&P, so ask the seller.

Pay the rider in cash, in Pakistani rupees. Try to have the exact amount so the rider does not need to find change.

Film yourself opening the parcel, keep the flyer with its barcode, and contact the seller straight away. The rider cannot check items or give money back.
