Still In Transit or At a Sorting Hub

Nothing to act on yet. Re-verify the consignment number above first; a single mistyped digit produces the same blank or frozen result as a genuinely delayed parcel.

Out for Delivery, But Nobody Came

Check whether a missed call or SMS attempt was logged. Keep your phone reachable and check again the next working day before assuming anything is wrong; if the status changes to an exception code instead, see the status meanings guide for what that specific code means.

Marked Delivered, But You Never Got It

This is the case that genuinely needs a phone call. Check with anyone else at the address first, a family member, guard, or reception desk, since a real share of “delivered but missing” cases resolve this way. If not, call M&P and ask specifically who signed for it and at what address.

Returned to Shipper

The parcel is heading back to the sender, usually because delivery couldn't be completed or a Cash on Delivery payment fell through. Contact the seller directly if this was an online order; M&P carried it, but the seller decides whether to re-book it or issue a refund.

The Seller Can Help Too, Not Just M&P

M&P carried the parcel, but the seller holds the order record and the ability to issue a refund or replacement. Raise it with them in parallel rather than waiting to hear back from one side before contacting the other, especially for the “delivered but missing” case above.
