M&P Out for Delivery: Delivery Hours and Failed Attempts

The status has changed to “Out for Delivery”. This page explains what that means for your M&P parcel and what you can do if the rider does not manage to deliver it.

What “Out for Delivery” Means at M&P

Your parcel has reached the M&P branch that serves your area, has been put on a rider's list for the day, and has left the branch. The trip between cities is over, so the parcel should reach you on this round.

M&P Delivery Hours

M&P delivers from Monday to Saturday, between 09:00 AM and 05:30 PM. There are no doorstep deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. Hubs keep sorting over the weekend, so parcels are ready to go out again on Monday morning.

Getting Ready for the M&P Rider

Keep the phone number from your order switched on during delivery hours.
If it is a cash on delivery parcel, have the exact amount ready in cash.
Let a family member or the building guard know a parcel is coming if you may be out.
If your street is hard to find, be ready to give the rider a nearby landmark.

M&P Delivery Attempt Failed: What Now?

If the rider could not hand over the parcel, the status changes to something like “Delivery Pending” or “Attempted”. The parcel goes back to the branch, and M&P usually tries again. If delivery keeps failing, the parcel is sent back to the sender.

Do not wait for the next try. Call M&P on (021) 111-202-202, Monday to Saturday between 09:00 AM and 05:30 PM, confirm your address and phone number, and ask when the parcel will go out again.

Marked Attempted, but Nobody Came?

M&P customer support takes complaints about delivery scans where no real attempt was made. You can report one by phone on (021) 111-202-202 or by email at contact@mulphilog.com. Give your tracking number and the time shown on the scan, and say whether you were at home.
